Finally, the most anticipated album of ÂAladdin has been unveiled in much grandeur. Well, whatÂs most strikingly spelled in the musical album is ÂYou May Be crooned by duo Vishal-Shekar. Be it Ritesh or Big B: everyone seems to have been brimmed with ÂYou May Be mania.
The romantic ballad has topped the charts and entire B-town is tapping its feet to this spellbinding number. Says Vishal that it nearly took a long time for Sujoy to pen the lyrics and finding a right voice was a tougher task to carry on. Finally with no options, the duo had to render their voices out.
Overwhelmingly elated, lyric writer Sujoy admits, ÂThe kind of emotion that he brought in the song can't be expected to be replicated by any other singer. In fact for an entire year, Vishal and Shekhar tried to get some other singers for 'You May Be'. It would be unfair to name these singers but ultimately even Vishal had to agree that he was the best suited for the song.Â
